Ok gang, heres something for you amateur photoshoppers/paint pros alike. i Want to get a Nocturnal Forum Deck of Gathering Cards going. so ive made ye a blank card to get ye started, and thrown together an example card. Font Tips:
Fonts are as follows.

Card Title (eg. "Ban Castor Troy") - Times New Roman, 12pt, Bold, White.

Graphic on top right - Webdings/Wingdings, 12pt. Regular, Black.

Numbers - Times New Roman, 12pt, Bold, White.

Nerin, I can't access the blank card and the example... it's saying I don't have permission. That just me?

I'd rather do yugioh cards though. Monsters, Magic AND Traps? OH my.

We'll need a Standardised font too. go to dafont.com and pick one out Nerin.

Gist of it is, deck of cards, specific to something (ie Marvel characters / planes / cars / cartoons / sports players) each card has a picture of the character/item with stats underneath, you play somewhat like cards, but some of them have higher stats or magics or whatever than others so that card will win over a weaker card.
It'd be like a lambourghini card winning over a punto card.

Yup, spee and crumble have got the idea.
Dunno what ya mean crumble,that turned out well .

If anyone has ideas,but doesn't feel up to doing the art,still share ye're ideas.

are there any rules regarding doing cards based on posters?
i can't really imagine anyone doing anything too offensive, but i assume that permission must be sought first?

im bored and sober and it's friday night... ive a few ideas and all the time in the world :pac:

I suppose you would have to get permission, i have plans for the nice aspects of users to be in card form,like chatbox being cute,or aoibheanns ruffles,or starpants giving us crumpets.

If its an aspect of a regular,while well known,it might be polite to ask.

I'm doing one on dooms hatred of zombies later

was contemplating one to do with dooms modivationals, or kharn's no-nonsense approach... (have to do a search for the exact quote im thinking of... )...
