If you want one's that aren't harsh mesh/very sticky outty, I would suggest going to a fancy dress site or shop, I have bought a few mini underskirts in different colours which look wicked under skirts, sorta bring a bit of colour and poof the skirt out, if that's the look you want....the fabric's either crinolone or tulle, and is way shorter than in the photo...

    something like this?http://http://cgi.ebay.ie/NEW-LADIES-RED-HALF-SLIP-PETTICOAT-NET-UNDERSKIRT-TUTU_W0QQitemZ350179172866QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAdult_Fancy_Dress_UK?hash=item350179172866&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1301%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

I saw purple and red ones in the new Arnott's the other day - probably v. expensive though, I didn't look at the price TBH.
Would also have a look in Temple bar - Ad Hoc and such - might get a better deal...

I saw them in Topshop Liffey Valley last week in different colors. They had them on the mannequins under ordinary skirts and looked really funky I thought.

Noa Noa do some really nice ones. Rococo down here in Galway do them so perhaps Rococo in the Westbury Mall would have them???

Retro in the George's street Arcade always have them in stock in a wide range of colurs and at different price points.
