The name should have given it away? The Onion News is the worlds most famous news parody channel/newspaper. They legitimately print a proper broadsheet newspaper and have a dedicated set of video and audio podcasts with a huge cast for doing things like this (Doyle Redland is awesome).

Think Saturday Night Live, but several times a day, every day and funny. They never stop being fresh and funny. This video came from, I think, yesterdays newscast from their site, if not todays. For added jokes, read the scrolling news-ticker at the bottom of the screen.
Instant classic though.
