Do you have specific underwear that you would term as "lucky" or the type that you would keep spefically for when going out on the pull?

A mate has pink polka dot underwear (he's male) which I thought was a rather strange purchase as i rarely stray from the dark navy boxer variety.

Are women more likely to have a set of underwear which they would class as special?

Are male thongs socially acceptable?
Banana-hammocks?

apparently Daniel Craig has a lucky pair of underpants that he NEVER washes and he wears at all the awards and even during filming because he's nervous and they help him calm down!

Here's a little tip to keep the little fella respectable...

If you're planning to go out on the pull and need to buy some nice boxers, do NOT, I repeat do NOT get dark coloured cotton/synthetic boxer shorts - it takes a fair few washes for the fabric's fluff to die down.

Otherwise when it's time to pop the lad out, the little fella's head could well be covered in a coating of dark coloured fluff, which can look to an unsuspecting lady friend (depending on the colour, brown or black boxers) that you've either A) Not washed your lad at all in weeks or

You've just recently been rather friendly with your mates arse, and not bothered washing it afterwards. Try explain it's just fluff if you wish but it's not gonna help...

I'd suggest a nice pair of purple/lilac silk boxers as a good idea, or a pair of bright yellow womens hotpants knickers - whichever you feel most comfortable in.

The bell end fluff issue you raise is a good one. I don't have special underwear because the idea of it is bullsh1t. Wash you arse, dick and balls and go out. If you get some action good luck.

I beg to differ with most of the posters here.

I attended a function abroad and having lost my baggage on the flight was confined to the same set of jocks for two days, by which time the fookers were well oiled up and heavy.

Had a liason with a rather game boiler, and knew she was lookin' for knob, but I worried about the state of the kecks and to be frank they were as heavy as a wet dishcloth.
