Hi my NCT is up since the first of March, I have applied for the test and i was told the 20th of March was the earliest date i could get.

Is proof of test booking enough to drive the car in the UK?

The UK don't give a fig if your car has an NCT or not if you are visiting.

+1. Can't think UK police would even give it a second glance.

Gardai won't have any interest in it either if just a fe weeks out of date.
