Buying old GBA games.

I'm desperate to get my hands on a working copy of Pokemon Emerald for the GBA, and all the ones on Amazon etc look so dodgy. Anyone know anywhere or anyone in Dublin that sells old GBA game, or even better, specifically Pokemon? I tried a little Bookstore/Second hand Game shop on Talbot street but no luck. :(
