Well? For example, in the 'real world' I never use the phrase "rip-off" anymore, due to it being stigmatised here!

Stop using the phrase "r*p-o*f" ftw!

It's given me the confidence to live out my rape, paedophilia and race war fantasies in real life.

Its taught me that men can be bïtchy too.

I like AH because it can be so random. There are some very witty posters, and enjoy seeing their take on things. Then the huge contrast you might find in a poster that gets so offended by a point, and go into a full swing rant.

But being AH, its responded to in the way that only AHer's do :)

I occasionally quote people from here into real life

My neighbour doesnt talk to me anymore because somebody he works with showed him a comment I made about his dog.

Whoever told him neglected to mention this is AH, Sarcasm central.

Oh well. We had a good 12 months before they stopped talking to us. :(

I learned that if certain people from AH ran the country then spelling mistakes would be punishable by death.

Im a more bitter and twisted person thanks to AH.

I also like to question everyone on how often they wash/shave/****/have sex/how many hours they sleep/childhood/worst thing theyve ever done etc etc and rant about sh!te I really know very little about and make mass generalisations while I comment on fat birds.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,110 ✭✭✭Aodan83

I find it very hard not to offer a standard AH reply in other forums, where such replies are not welcome.
I also often find myself correcting peoples grammar, and have developed a complete hatred for "txtspk".

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,368 ✭✭✭Smart Bug

I now savagely beat people who make grammatical mistakes or who sound like they're making spelling mistakes when talking.

I also say 'lol' or 'rofl' when something strikes me as funny, all the while maintaining my slack, soulless expression.

And finally, I now hate everyone and everything without exception and with extreme prejudice.

All thanks to AH and the various moral degenerates who post here.

It has made me realise the people still get offended to easily about anything. There is so much stuff here on AH that is banned or deleted that I see no wrong yet provoke outrage in others.
