Nice. I went looking at the standings on the WRC website and counldnt find it. Last i saw, he was in 26th position - that was on the saturday.

Oh lovely. Didnt he pull out of the rally in Galway a few weeks before Rally Ireland with engine problems? I know that engine has only been rebuilt too.

I'd say the crash on SS6 of Norway might not have helped matters...into a snow bank, likely to have caused or at least exacerbated an existing underlying problem.

As the old competitor saying goes..."that's rallying..."
