Do Maestro do bank transfers ?

I was just wondering if its possible to do a bank transfer using a Laser Maestro card.

Maestro is just a debit card link to your bank account. You would need online banking with your bank to do a funf transfer, unless the person you are trasnfered to has a payment terminal
