Spelling of Irish girls names

    Can someone spell this girls name for me please? I met her last night and when she told me her name and number, I was heavily intoxicated and so I spelt her name in my phone: Elis.

    Now I need to text her back and I'm not sure how to spell it, I really am hoping for sexy time with this girl so please help me out. Its definitely pronounced like this though: A-Lish.

    I'd say you should be spelling it "Eilis"- there are a few different ways of spelling that name but that's a pretty common way of spelling it.
