Coverting ng/ml to mIU/L

    Hi im trying to convert a TSH value of 0.04 ng/ml to the mIU/L equivalent. Im having no luck with the online converters. Anyone an idea how to do it?;)

    its tricky indeed - i tried searching myself for you

    try another permutation

    0.04mcg/L or 0.4mcg/dl

    I regulary use TSH, and tried to find out for you, but was couldn't. I think its just because its usually reported in the SI units. I even have assay sheets from various companies for the assay, but its not in them.

    I'll be talking to someone tomorrow who is a lot more familiar with the assay. I'll ask them, and come back to you if I find out any more information.

    Thanks for replies! Even if you can find the human range in ng/ml instead of converting it that would be great also.
