sciphone i68+ sim problem

Hi i have just bought an sciphone i68+ and cant make phone calls i have put my old meteor sim card in but it wont work,also tried vodafone and same response, can any one help please.

I was sure I replied to this thread already .. must be losing my mind!

Not familiar with the phone itself but have you confirmed with the people you bought it from that it should be unlocked?

What do you mean by "it wont work". How far do you get? Does it prompt you for a PIN? Does it pickup the network?
