    Its here, Sky Interactive services are now available in ROI, just had a game of good old Space Invaders to celebrate.

    The rates are for connection and not per minute so play as long as you like. not bad seein as how much vid and pc games are priced.

    Worth the wait but worms is a bit slow

    I set up a talk21 email addy and I am gonna send em an email to see if I can get a free keyboard! Dunno if offer applies to ROI

    FYI, send an email to keypad@sky.com (i assume you have to use your Sky digibox) with "keypad promotion" as the Subject heading.

    Demon or Yahoo! email addys will also work (again not sure if ROI is applicable)

    Should be mentioned in Sky Active > Latest offers (or somewhere)

    T&Cs say it only applies to the UK.

    Having said that, how do you put in a space in the subject line using the keypad?

    Keypads only in UK for now but I have a damaged one from a UK buddy and it works great. Real pain with the remote control.

    If I'm reading you right the "0" pressed once is all you need for a space!

    Good selection of logos and ringtones and sent in seconds, that'll probably change when word is out.

    Anybody read anything about it in the press, I've heard nothin? Quietest Sky launch ever

    Get Mame on your PC and you can play the REAL versions of the classics, ie Space Invaders, Pacman, Donkey Kong, Asteroids and Breakout for free. Play the real thing as long as you want.

    Carrolls I have to give you a warning for that last post and a disclaimer.

    While Mame itself may be free and technically legal, posession of the games software for it is not legal, unless you are an owner of the original arcade machine, even then you are on rickety ground regarding software piracy legislation.

    Consider yourself warned under our rules.

    Now back on topic...

    Waiting for Sky to offically launch this service, but will give a quick report on ICDG tommorow night.

    The services must still be in the test stages. I'm sure Sky will have a big promotion campaign when ready. :rolleyes:
