y can i not save games downloaded from xbox live into my external hard drive?? it doesnt show up as a storage device? wht do u think is the problem? cheers

i presume its the same as it is with the ps3, ya can only use the ext for photos, music and vids, games and game saves have to be on the internal hd

It's copyright protection. You can only play the game you download on the profile you downloaded it on. You can put your Xbox hard drive or memory card with the game saved on it into another console, but you must be signed in to Live with your profile to play the full game. Othewise you only get the trial game. You'll learn to live with it :pac:
