Stress Training Drills
Live Fighting Drills

I'd head up, but for it's my niece's confirmation that day, and I'm her Godfather (poor girl)

I see on Mick's site that he's scheduled for Ireland in April? Is that with yourselves again or down here with David Lewis in Cork? Must drop Dave a line and ask him, usually he's e-mailed us about upcoming visits

I suppose I could just ask Mick over on his Q&A Forum

Hopefully we'll see more of Mick over the year, looking forward to it in a kind of masochistic way
