    Playing lotto in bookies, paddy power for example in ireland bet using mobile, but you probably are thinking of the uk. They can play by text but i think its only a trial at the mo

    Well you would have to have an account registered with a credit card to use the paddy power, wont be able to use the topup :cool:

    You can spend it all on themes, ringtones etc

    You could use it to pay for parking in the city centre.
