Getting Setanta in Spain?

Morning, I've been reading some postings regarding getting Setanta if someone already has a sky satellite dish and decoder box. I just have a quick question regarding a friend of mine who has a pub in Spain and would like to get Setanta in. Is it a simple case of quoting the existing card to Setanta to get it activated?…
