How to remove duplicate songs from ITunes?

Hi, I'm not quite sure how it happened but this morning I tried to access my ITunes and all the music appeared to have gone. I then imported the 'ITunes' folder of music again. I now have a duplicate of all my songs. Could anybody tell me how to remove/delete the additional tracks? Thanks a million.

Well there is the 'Show Duplicate Songs' option but I imagine it's just going to show you 2 of everything...

Try "Dupe Eliminator". The 30-day trial should be long enough to fix the problem.
