Hey there,
I signed up to this site and won some cash on it but now that I want to withdraw it's asking me to send on photo id and a utility bill with my address on it ( scans or to fax them) ...sounds dodgy to me ..Anyone here use this site ?

It's all to do with money laundering laws.
They differ slightly for different countries but the main points are, you must provide photo ID and a current bill/credit card statement etc if you want to withdraw money.

I won 400 but it's a complete pain in the ass getting my details to them.
Their customer support is terrible.

Just scan them in and email them into them. It couldnt be easier

I think most accept a good quality digital photo as well, but if you can get talking to their customer service people they will clarify for you I'm sure.

Pain in the ass to get your winnings. When they finally sent a cheque I was told in the bank it could take 8 weeks to clear and there was a €15 fee for cashing it because it was a foreign cheque. Not worth the bother imo.:rolleyes:

You have to do the same on betfair-but they just require a photo id scan. Their online casino is pretty good too and when I cash out it takes less than 24hours to hit my paypal account and you dont get charged paypal fee's
