how accurate do you reckon the jogging distance is on the wii fit?

If it goes above 1 it's wrong seeing as you don't actually move.

You do move - you just don't necessarily move forward.

I would think it is as accurate as a very good pedometer, i.e. not 100% accurate but a good estimate.
