martial tai chi dublin

    hi all

    im looking for a tai chi teacher in dublin that teaches tai chi as a martial art.
    theres a lot of tai chi around but im looking for a class with a emphasis on martial application.
    i know many may claim this put im hoping someone can recommend a teacher they have experienced.

    any recommendations are very much welcome.

    We do, and compete internationally in Chinese Wrestling and San Shou. All classes are now in Drumcondra, will have another in the south city centre by the end of the month.
    So Wednesday 8-10pm, Tuesday 8-10pm and Sunday 11am -1.30pm. Classes are €5, first one free, maps, contact info etc. on linked site.
    More than welcome to drop down, we have various experience ranges from some with a few months experience to pro sanda fighters.
    Also teach saber, sword and spear, and martial applications / sparring with such.
    No BS, no mysticism disguising ignorance. All areas of the art will be explained in both western and eastern terms.
    No bowing or pajamas, just wear something robust and comfortable, boxing shorts / tracksuit etc. and bring a gum shield. Shin guards and hand wraps are a good idea, but you should try it out and see if you're interested first.
