Fee's For Repeats

When have they to be paid? Is there a set date? I asked in another thread in a few days ago and didn't get an answer! Can't see anywhere on the site that says it unless I've missed it.

program office told me there is another 3-4 weeks left to pay them and giros should be sent out

To be honest i wouldnt be too worried about paying UCD fee's and getting them in by the deadline. I have often paid after the deadline without paying the late fine and they have never asked for it afterwards.
I think they just use it as way of getting as many people as possible to pay asap!!
