Hi we stayed in a keycamp site in Antibes a few years back - camping du pylone - nice quiet site with decent facilities - terrace bar, pools etc. We stayed in a mobile home - 2 adults and three kids and also had a night in Nice.

Was a short walk to train station (across one busy road) which is on a very good line - Nice to Monaco. One stop to Antibes town which is beautiful and expensive and a few stops to Cannes which is again beautiful and expensive - about an hour from Nice. Very regular service on excellent trains (as usual in France)

Beach (of the pebble variety) is just past the train station so again a short walk from the site - there is a sandy beach in Antibes and plenty in Cannes although nearly all are privately owned.
