Help me recover my channels with The Box Super Usb

Hi i deleted alot of channels from my super usb box by accident today including the movie and sport channels and i was wondering would anyone out there be able to help me recover them?I tried auto scanning them and manually scanning but I only keep getting about twenty channels and they are not the good channels,if there…
