Folk are understandably getting down about all the recession topics popping up.

Should we have a special section just for these threads?
I say "yes" if just to keep the depressing items together and out of AH which hopefully will get more happier again.

    Anyone agree?

Speaking of mods - all mods at AH can kick the Recession/Stephen threads in there hopefully.

AH is the Daily Mail section of boards and as such has a retard-with-shiny-bauble obsession with whatever is currently in the news, especially if said news topic can also draw in things like fordiners takin' all our jawbs, blaming the government and having witchhunts against the public sector.

Basically, there's no point, AH was made for this kind of thing.

I think now is the time to be cutting back on any new forums.

Imagine how boring it would be to mod the Recession forum. Both my parents lost their jobs, my hours have been slashed dramatically and I'm falling into debt but I come to boards, after hours especially, for a laugh and some banter. The Grrrr Argh Brian Cowen can suck my cock threads are getting old. Giving the moanbags their own place would be a great idea.

Strange mix of emotions. I laughed and wanted to kill you all at once.
