3 blocked packet data on 2G/GSM band?

Since monday I have not been able to browse webpages, use email or other applications such as fring with in GSM coverage. I can only use these when in UMTS/3G coverage. This all was working for me prior to Monday 26th. Is this the same for everyone else on 3? Also I noticed they got rid of their http splash page.

I have also noticed a significant decease in quality in their UMTS/3G service. IM/Email clients disconnecting ever 15-20 minutes. Web page time-outs.

Very annoying.

Same here...was able to use opera mini without 3g. No more!
