Look's like the sh*t will finally hit the fan today when Biffo will announce 2,000,000,000 Euro worth of cutbacks in state spending.

If anyone fancies a protest at 4:10PM today, follow me!!!

Protest against what? The cutbacks that have to be made?

Having said that, he'd want to be very careful on where he puts the cutbacks.

I have a funny feeling he is going to announce something at 4PM that will cause a lot of workers to down tools. There's a kind of, "right, I'll fu*kin teach ya not to walk out of talks with me again", mentality...

Prediction....at 1525.. Public service to pay levy of 6% o for pension contribs.

Possibly PSPs no longer index linked just tied to inflation rate.

    Something on third level fees.

    thats just for starters.

Prediction: Childrens allowance will be means tested from now on or hugely cut.

Bertie bastard caused the problems and Biffo has to clean up the sh!t now.
Bertie gave too much money to the public service with the benchmarking. He was handing money out left right and centre. They should have been given a ONE OFF bonus and not permanent benchmarking.
