What kind of films are you downloading
    sets trap!
    ?

Is there any need to have an external drive? What size is your internal drive?

This is a 'how long is a piece of string' type question.

not sure i understand your question but i'll try to answer it. If you download a movie it will probably be xvid, divx or mpeg and you want to make a proper dvd that will play on dvd players you use convertxtodvd.

If you just want to put it on disc and want to play back on your laptop(or on a dvd player that can read xvid) you burn as data onto either a cd or as a dvd(you will be able to fit about 4 or 5 onto a dvd)
