    Hi all,

    Those interested in Combative self defence training will be happy to know that Lee Morrison of Urban Combatives ( www.urbancombatives.com ) will teach a work shop at my place on Friday evening 7pm - 9.30pm

    January 30th, Cost €20

    Fantastic! Definitely the best self defence / protection seminar / workshop I've been at. Haven't stopped thinking about it all weekend and can't wait for the next one now!

    Thanks a mill to Lee and his son for coming over. Also to Jon for organising it.

    Stuck on time, and too many highlights to mention, but loved watching Jon do the last drill (the run in circles to get dizzy one) - great stuff! Hope that's on camera!

    A great day had by all. Several light bulb moments as per usual, with Lees top class training. :)

    I'm just getting the video footage ready as we speak. I'll send you a copy ASAP Jon.
