    Hope someone can help with an excel query we have.

    We have a column of cells we want to round to 2 decimels.

    The formula is

    =round(A1,2)

    However, how can I copy in this formula to 300 + rows without typing it every time?

    Any help appreciated

    You can copy the cell with the formula (any formula), and highlight all the cells you wish to copy it to, right click and select paste special and I think there is a "forumla" option to select.

    Or you could just select every cell and do as poster #2 suggests!

    Enter the formula into the first cell then click on the bottom right of that cell and the courser will change then drag that to all the cells u want. If u want 1 part of ur formula to be fixed the whole way down but a dollar sign before and after the cell number you want to fix.
    e.g.. =B2+C5 becomes =B2+$C$5
