Off road running near Waterford City?

    Anyone know of any good off road running courses near Waterford. I'm talking a few miles? I already know the sandhills in Tramore and the woods in Portlaw....

    You could post a question on the forum here. A friend of mine lives in Waterford and trains with this club. They do a lot of off road running.

    waterford ac run from the woodlands hotel every weekend as its a club run it caters for all levels and everyone is welcome
    details should be on waterford ac web site



    they head out of town so its mainly on smaller country roads and lanes
    not exactley off road but maybe of interest to you and the more waterford runners you meet the more chance that one of them may know a off road course that suits you
