No probs... go to http://www.mygamercard.net/ and put in your details. It'll give you a link that you can put in your sig (which you can change on the User Settings menu on the boards.ie menu at the top of the screen).

You can create your gamercard here. Enter your gamercard name, then get the BBCode needed for forums and paste it into your signature.

What my learned friend is trying to say is that the format of the link in your signature is wrong. It should look something like this:

http://card.mygamercard.net/aero/HeyHeyAces.png

You have some kind of authorisation link in place, and thats not right.

Just like to add that this is wrecking my head as well. Tried to post min (http://card.mygamercard.net/aero/johnboy%20johnson.png) but just get the link in my sig. Is there a way to turn on HTML or something?

Make sure you copy the BBCode, rather than the HTML or just URL.
