NTL blocking sites

is ntl blockings sites I tried to access irfree.com just times out but the site is working fine on eircom and proxy servers. can any one else on ntl not access it

jos22 i had this exp with ntl last year too, i found some sites i used alot while working on other peoples ntl's where not working on mine, imn on unlimited and clearly move by ntl to reduce bandwith use at the time.
