Moving a lot and starting again is easy.

Not getting addicted to moving around and starting again is hard.

It's better to do what you want to do with your life, rather than what you (or others) feel you should be doing with your life.

Be more social. So many missed-opportunities in life because you said 'no'

It's all well and good doing as many sports as you could as a child, but it will leave you near-crippled as an adult.

Forgot how great that song is. But anyone ever feel like the advice you were given when you're younger only makes sense now after you found out yourself? :(

Should have taken that first offer of €X,000
Should have partied more and gone out more in college
Should have got moving on my thesis a small bit sooner
Should have listened to my dad alot more when he was alive

That college doesn't mean sweet fuk all. The leaving cert means more, the JC is a joke and means nothing. Pressure on kids to do well in these causes suicides... Kill all the teachers.

You are better to work from the age of 16 and do night courses instead of full time crap college. If I knew college meant nothing I would have tried lots of drugs, drank more and stayed in bed longer...

How to recognise the signals when you meet a potential Mr Right
That going to university entailed actual studying, not just hanging around with your friends in the arts block.
Home and Away is a load of rubbish - not worth trying to watch every night.
That Pink Floyd were never going to do another tour - now I'll never get to see them live :(
Having that extra chocolate is not worth it

    Don't judge yourself.
Don't be too hard on yourself.
Forgive yourself for mistakes you made.
People don't judge you or think about you as much as you think.
Value friends for what they're worth and make an effort to show them.
    Never lose touch.
    Travel.
Just have fun. You're only young once, there's plenty of time to make your money, buy your house and have your family. Just make sure you didn't miss anything on the journey there - because you can never go back.

I wish I knew that almost always, everything is alright in the end.

I wish I knew that even though you think its a good idea to get a few inches off your hair, it rarely is.

I wish I knew that although most people are honest and trustworthy, sometimes the ones who seem the most honest are the biggest liars.

I have a job that i like that i couldn't possibly have got without my degree. Maybe you should replace "college" with "arts degrees" :P

The answer isn't at the bottom of a pint glass.
A credit card while you're still at college is a very bad idea.
An overdraft isn't any better of an idea.
Living within your means does not mean you're lacking in imagination.
The cool people are the ones who just being themselves and following their interests instead of wondering what others are thinking about them / trying to make other people like them.

    college, see above

keep in contact with friends, you never know when you might need them (or they might need you)

you have to kiss many frogs to find your prince...
    nobody is perfect...
    guys will break your heart...
    girls will b*tch constantly...
you will meet many people from all walks of life...
learn from the experience and opportunity life throws in your path...
you cant chose your family you chose your friends but in years to come your family will prove to be a better friend than those you chose...

being "best friends" with girls is the most futile and bs thing you can do. i wish i'd known.

girls don't have the same caring for a friendship and that's fact. i've seen it countless times and not just to me.. they let best friends go over nothing.

That virtually all of the things I studied hard to learn would be no use to me whatever in my future career.
