    A post in the stand-up forum in response to DeVore asking about open-mic nights as he would like to give comedy a try and suggesting a boards comedy night.

    A year later I'm modding the forum, organise a boards comedy night, and Dev does his first ever stand-up performance at it.

    Funny how things turn out sometimes :)

    My first post on boards was in the Instruments forum in a thread about B.C. Rich Guitars. :)

    I joined back in summer of 2001 under a different username. My first post was a thread about who'd win the console war ps2 x-box or gamecube :).

    I did a search on the posts I'd written. Very nostalgic seeing as how it's going back 7-1/2 years to when I was an immature 14yr old n00b. :pac:

    I also remember writing a post pre 9-11 along the lines of

    "That new american president is a retard, I can see him starting at least 2 major wars before he's gone" :D

    It was in response to being on the wrong end of a 6-1 battering by Boardeaux against foot.ie in October 2006 here.

    Still didn't post more than occasionally for about 9 months, I'd say. I'm being reeled in to the abyss now though.

    Fisrt post was on the Hip Hop side of boards:
    Good concept, good lyrics but some of the laziest production i have ever come accross....i'd expect more craft from (Mad) Skills.
