There are no public phone numbers available. they are not setup to deal with complaints through the phone. Best thing to do is to go through the email system.

sorry i got it, thanks, they had sent me a phone number to deal with complaints, i had lost it, but got it now

My nephew works there and as you say there is not one specifically, as they are not set up to deal with it, but they have one for regular frequent customers, they will send them their number, if you don't get this email they don't want to hear from you!!!!!!!

My nephew said not to give it out, as otherwise they will change it. sounds daft to me, so sorry
