All the Irish stations(rte1,rte2,tv3 and tg4)show the message 'this programme is not available'on the screen.
I've just had sky+installed this morning so im not sure if this is a usual problem or not.
All my other channel's are working fine
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Sometimes the Irish channels can be slower to activate, though if it was installed this morning I'd expect them to be on by now.

Did the installer manually activate your card by phoning Sky, by any chance? Usually, there isn't a problem if card is activated via Skybox modem.

In any case, a call to Sky (0818 719819) should fix it.

Ring them up, same thing happened to me (because my installation was without phone line).

It took 4 calls. 3 Indian guys who sent signals to the box which didn't work and one final call in which a Scottish bloke said he'd do what the Indian blokes said they were going to do except he fixed it.

All working fine now,I just unplugged the box and plugged in again and the channels were fine now so it seemed to sort it out itself.
Think it was to do with me not having a phone connected to the box though.
Thanks for all the help anyways though!
