Is there a way of moving music from Sonicstage to an iPod?

SonicStage has its own format and so a friend of mine is wondering if it is possible to convert that format to mp3 and then move them onto her iPod? I'm sure there probably is, but how? Does Sonicstage give you a way of converting to mp3? And after they are converted, it is just a matter of opening them up in iTunes yeah?…

as far as i know itunes will convert the music when importing into an itunes library. i think anyway!!
