    Would anyone know what times the motor tax office in Ballymun is open over the christmas period

    Why would you tax a car this late in the month, wait until Jan.

    Thats pretty much what I am going to do. I got a second hand car at the start of this month and have not driven it yet. The tax from the previous owner expired during the summer so I am going to get a garda to stamp the tax form to state that the car has not been driven this month by me and then I will tax it from January 09 to Januray 2010. I only received the VLC from Clare stating the change over of owner a week ago in the post. I have been driving my Nissan Micra that I am trying to sell until the end of this month.
