Megadrive, although I loved my N64 more. Gamecube lasted just for SSBM, prob the best game ever.

A mix of the NES and SNES for me (as my avatar would probably suggest). I had all the NES games the OP did except for Mario 2 and 3 but got the latter one later on. Also had Punch Out, Marble Madness and Digger T Rock. A few years back I got a NES for nothing off a neighbour and he also had Excitebike and Konami Hyper Soccer. I then got an immaculate copy of Mario 3 off eBay last summer. I had it previously but it was mislaid when I moved house last May.

Unfortunately I don't have my SNES anymore but I had Mario All Stars, Super Mario World, Mario Kart, Donkey Kong Country, FIFA International Soccer and FIFA 96. Never had Earthworm Jim but loved it any time I played it.

Digger T Rock!!! Ah yayah, that's what I'm talking about. I've still got my nes with Digger T Rock, Mario 1 with Duckhunt, Mario 2 and 3, and Batman. Can't remember what else though. Must have a retro gamesfest over xmas :D I think the N64 for me is the best console ever though, the amount of games that were groundbreaking on their release: Ocarina of Time, Mario 64, Goldeneye, Banjo and Kazooie, Lylat Wars, Silicon Valley, Perfect Dark etc etc. Many an hour spent with that strange looking controller.

ZX Spectrum 48k -> Commodore Amiga -> SNES -> PC for a few years then PS3.

I defy anybody not to get moist over this screenshot - http://ui01.gamespot.com/1216/hunter_2.png

A fresh banana for anyone who can name the game (image name is a dead giveaway)

Sega Megadrive(did you know it's called the Sega Genesis in America)-->PC(that stayed until now)-->Playstation-->Playstation 2-->Playstation 3

My brother had a Sega Mega Drive and a Game Gear.

He gave me the Game Gear when he moved out and at that stage I wasn't too bothered with it, though I did get a TV Tuner for it.

On my 21st, the OH got me a DS ^_^ still play it and I'm 22 now lol

    Spectrum, Atari 2600, Amgia 5/600.

Later got a Megadrive but it wasn't a patch on the Amiga even though its not technically a console.

Man the Amiga was badass for its time!! :pac:

And I still challenge anyone to beat Mario 3 faster than I can.....without using the world jumping whistles!!

I have just got back into playing, my wife is a mario nut! I would think she can give you a run for your money!! I am amazed how she still remembers all the secret areas. I am stuck on world 3 right now, i am just not good at mario! we got a load of games cheap last year on ebay. Only thing i need it the gun for duckhunt! they are few to be got!

I was a Amstrad kid, had to load the games using a tape cassette. Was cutting edge at the time!

Ah I was a bit young and poor for a console of any type. We had a Wang 386 PC which was basically a large box with a few wires in it and a flashy screen.

I was then lucky enough to be able to buy myself a PS1 then PS2 now PS3 and Wii.

All of which were absolutely brilliant. The Gameboy especially.

    Why yes, yes it is!

Wizardry and Orbitron took up a lot of my time when I was a kid.

Commodore 64. I remember always wanting an Amiga, but couldn't afford it. My folks bought me some piece of shít called a Sword if I remember correctly. I could never get it to work thought so that doesn't really count.

Try it in a different browser and if still isn't working I'd say its a fault in Java alright.

Until I was about 6 or 7, the sega mega drive! Loved all the sonic games, shinobi, street fighter, golden axe and all that!

Then from 7 til about 12 I filled my hours playing the playstation/ ps1. Loads of fond memories of that; crash bandicoot games, spyro, abes oddysee, tekken, soulblade, ridge racer, grand turismo, metal gear solid, final fantasy 7...

Then the summer before secondary I just lost interest in computer games and have never really got it back! Play my brothers ps2 or xbox 360 the odd time though but to be honest, I'm glad Im not obsessed with them now!

I never owned a 'console' as such as a kid.
Started out with a S48, then a C64. Sort of gave up after that (apart from various pc's over the years) then got a PS1 and recently (last year) got a Wii.
