18 posts into a thread in AH about swans, and NO ONE has mentioned kissing a polish person to find out?

Which is good. Because they don't eat swans. Or take our jobs. Or have hotter women.

Well, at least you're right about the women.

Hmm hard to describe it isn't really comparable to other meats. I have heard people say it tastes swan of a kind.

Expensive enough too, you should have seen the bill last night.

If sharpshooter's challenge was still going she'd be dying in this thread.

Out of interest, is it illegal to kill a swan or eat a swan?
The loophole being that you could amputate a swan's leg and eat that, while keeping the rest of it alive.

Completely illegal. There's no season or license for killing swans. There was a furor in the hunting forum two months ago when some twat posted a photo of himself holding a swan he'd shot out of the sky. It's gone now obviously.

Well I've waded through the thread and it swan hell of a pun fest.

In answer to your post , surely a one legged swan would
keep falling to one side and be up to it's neck in it before long.

We were always told that swans were the Children of Lir...

So swan probably tastes like children

No, I mean if you find a dead swan, died from natural causes, can you eat it? Or if someone hands you a swanburger, can you eat it?

That was done already. Over-done in fact.
    Like a badly cooked swan

Swans swim most of the time anyway don't they? Theyd just veer to the left all the time. I only eat the right leg of birds.

Good one. You would have to prove it was dead...

Same for roadkill and deer. Is it legal to take home a dead deer that was killed on a road? Out of season I mean. I was told it wasn't as it would be difficult to prove you didn't kill it.

Having pondered on that , I have to ask , is there a wrong one?

Ah , don't answer cause we'd only be going around in circles.:p
