how much is a panel beater?

One of the panels near my door got hit in a small knock due to its slightly altered angle and now I cant open my driver side door. Can it be fixed, any idea of the cost? btw the panel has come updone a very small bit at the bottom also its a peugeot 206 lx 2001 model

It's hard to judge from the photo, you'll have to bring it into some one for a look. The hinge's on the door could be damaged and bent.
