should i keep all 3 anti spyware programs. also please recommend a firewall.

i am using 3 types of antispyware along with avg anti virus. should i delete 2 of them superspyware avg anti spyware spybot search and destroy also can you recommend a firewall suitable for windows2000. i tried comodo but it only works with xp thanks

I'd just use Avg and Superantspyware, think using Spybot too is a bit of overkill, plus i find it slows down your system too much.

For firewalls try Zonealarm which should work on 2000 and it's free.

I just use Norton Internet Security for All of the above (AV, Firewall, anti-spy) but I keep spybot and ad aware on the machine for the occassional system scan, typically turning up squat, at worst a false-positive tracking cookie.
