Dump her. Ignore her and ex-friend.

I'd try and move on with my life. But I'd find it hard to get close to anybody, both emotionally and physically.

some thing like that happened to me not my best mate though just a house mate (never really liked him) lets just say it was found out that he was claiming dole at a false address insert evil laugh here

If there was a nearby weapon I'd attack, wouldn't wanna risk being beaten up by the naked guy who's ****ing your girlfriend.

Never speak to them again obviously, aside from the death threats. Would have to get physical revenge though, you'd never sort your head out otherwise.
