iol-eircom-outlook express problem

I have an iol email address but my broadband provider is eircom. My laptop died the other day and i've now got a new one. The new laptop has ms mail instead of outlook express. I need to know what incoming and outgoing settings i should use. I've also forgotten my password as i never had to use it for outlook express but…

Incoming Server: pop.iol.ie

Outgoing Server: mail1.eircom.net

I have used Windows Mail before and its exactly the same as Outlook Express

Try this. Its for the otherway around, Eircom Email address with BT Broadband.

BT own IOL and they should be able to give you your password.
