I met twins called Pinky and Perky in London years ago. They were 4 years old and absolutely gorgeous, the names suited them. They would be 20 now, I'm not sure how they feel about their names!

I hate the name Darren. it's awful when the english say it as dawwen. sends shivers down my spine.

fiachra, donnacha and any other poncy names in general bother me as well.

Anybody who calls their kid an old fashioned name now should be shot.Names like Percy,Mavis,Archie,jack or my least favourite Edith my God i hate that name.

Someone told me yesterday a family member of their's named their new baby Camden, I think it is a boy! Could be worse, my neighbour's two kids are called Maud and Percy:D

I don't mind it until people pronounce it "Kate-lin"!
Any Irish names whos spellings or pronunciations are changed to be more "user-friendly"... It's one thing if someone else just spells/pronounces it wrong, they just don't know. But the owner/parents should know!
