Like I said in an earlier photo, I'd only my Sony W120 Cyber Shot in the car on Sunday morning. I wasn't expecting the photo ops the park presented this Sunday morning.

Yup.

Bunch of deer wandering across the football pitches in one direction and load of sweaty people running along the road wearing santa outfits in the other, was there for the Aware 10k race.

Forgot about the papal cross being on it's own little hill and was wondering how you'd get the slightly aerial perspective in the park for those pictures. Will have to remember that one next time I'm up there with the camera at such a daft hour of a weekend morning.

I love this photo, mostly because I loved the place. Magentic Island, Australia. Untouched photo with a cheapish digital camera. Pity about the glare. Oz was amazing for sunsets.
