Two dodgy looking entries in Start up folder

    Stop them from starting.


    Go to system32, take ownership of the files and delete them.

    Failing that, boot into a live distro and delete the files.

    if you run msconfig you can choose a minimal startup with less junk and you can run various spyware / virus removers

    have a look at the stickies here as how to get a hijack log to post for inspection

    Be careful with entries like them, they can easily multiply if another EXE service is running hidden.

    Go into your system32 folder, change the view to details and sort by the date created... check and see if there are any EXE files next to them for date created, they should be pretty obvious.

    If you can't remove them, use Hijack This to delete them on reboot.

    I ran various anti trojan progs yesterday and managed to get rid of one entry, I googled the names and suprsingly nothing came back.

    Neither of the remaining entries are loading now.

    The spyware is now gone, thats what was generating the DLL files of random names (why you could't find anything on Google) and causing popups etc. as it's loaded into the rundll32.exe.
