My latest order got shipped within 2 days, the order before that was about 3 days

I've had five orders from DX this month with delivery only taking around a week from ordering. I've stopped paying extra for EMS now the standard shipping has improved.

You ordered 7 days ago? Did you check when it shipped? I would normally take from 7 to 10 days.

use the order tracking service, make sure you click the tracking number, because there can be a few days between when dealextreme.com ship the item and when it actually leaves hong kong

they sent me no notification when it was despatched so i
was surprised to get it that quick while
dealx sent me an email when it was despatched

shipped and a partial order at that despite it being in stock at the

put in an order with focal and they only sent half of it emailed them right back and they said they cant see how i only would have received half of it and asked for proof i didn't get the rest. totally fobbed me off. never leaving the loving arms of deal extreme again lost 50 quid thanks to focal price.

That happened me with DX before, but I persisted and they sent the missing items.

focal price and deal extreme are amoung the best e-tailers you'll find.

Top 5 easily. Got a 2GB Micro SD and sound lead for my 360 off them for about 4 euro delivered. unreal.

Cheapest they may be, but it's debatable that they are in the best e-tailer category.

Most if not all of the flash memory is fake, despite the websites protestations and statements about 'genuine' products. DX were recently selling alleged genuine DSTT cards, which were fakes; the majority of which died immediately. You need to jump through hoops with customer services, sending photos of the product showing "defective area" & photos of the front and back of the registered post envelope. WTF??

Missing orders/parts of orders are a nightmare to follow up too. I currently have two missing packages which DX are reluctant to do anything about despite them being registered and despite the fact that the packages should have been here before Christmas. 'Wait another week and we will see...' If they had arrived they would have been signed for and recorded like the other 20+ packages I've received.

Refunds and partial refunds take two weeks to be processed.

I use them and will continue to use them; because they are cheap; not because they are good. You get what you pay for and that includes the customer service.

Around three weeks. Its a great surprise when you get it as it normally takes so long you forget about it:D

I've lost count of the MicroSD card I've ordered from FP and DX, none of which were fake, bit of a wild unfounded statement.

To the earlier poster, on my first order with FC they only sent me one of all my order lines even though I had ordered 2 or 3 of some items, one email to them and they apologised and immediately dispatched the remainder of the order

You can cancel an order with DX via your account, I've done so at times and the refund hits my Palpal account within a day or so, never anywhere near two weeks

Lol I had nearly forgot about it today until I got the email saying it had been shipped.All their prices seem really cheap though

Surprisingly, PS3 games will work as they are all region free.

I've bought stuff from both DX and FP recently. I was worried my 4GB MicroSD from DX would not have 4GB space, though it works OK anyway. Ordered an EZFlash card from both DX and FP, got the DX one last week, still awaitin on the one from FP over 2 weeks now.
