What height do kids have to be over not to need a booster seat anymore?

I tought it went on age.. 12 i think but try getting a twelve year old to use one.

I think it's 1.5 metres or 4 ft 11.

I think it goes up to the age of 12 or the height depending on which the child reaches first, I'm just not sure what the height is or is it also based on weight and height. Can't seems to find the info. on the road safety site.
